Having suffered with anxiety in various forms for many years, I found the methodology to completely recover, and have coached others to do the same since 2018.
To learn recovery is to take the sting out of anxiety, to train the subconscious mind to reduce the fear sensation, and to live as yourself, in the moment, for good.
From psychology students to nurses, tv actors to finance managers, influencers to Olympic champions, I have passed on everything I have learned about recovery to over 300 clients.

Anxiety is a disorder of the sensation of fear, habitually generated by the mind perceiving a threat, and not receiving 'data' from the conscious mind and behavioural evidence that the sufferer is safe.
Anxiety is perpetuated by the sufferer perceiving a threat from the 'worst-case scenario' thoughts and physical responses to the sensation of fear, creating a 'fear-of-fear ' loop.
Anxiety can manifest in various ways.
Anxiety can cause 'worst-case scenario' health concerns that lead to obsessive checking, reassurance seeking and behavioural change.
The 'false fear' of anxiety can lead sufferers to seek out 'false safety', through obsessive behaviours such as checking, avoiding or ritualising.
Anxiety can lead sufferers to avoid daily life, or even the outside world, as the mind looks to protect sufferers from a non-existent threat.
Anxiety can manifest as intrusive 'worst-case scenario' thoughts on a particular theme, a protective mechanism that seems like a threat.
If not on a particular theme, anxious thoughts can seem to be about anything and everything, as the fear sensation makes the mind look for threats.
If activated by a traumatic event, fear that has not subsided can make the mind generate 'flashbacks', in place of protective 'worst-case scenario' thoughts.
Recovery involves breaking the 'fear-of-fear' loop by the sufferer consciously perceiving safety, and reversing the responses and behaviour that perpetuate anxiety, until the subconscious gets habituated to not generating the fear sensation.
By learning the science of anxiety through a process called 'psychoeducation', you can understand how the anxiety has been perpetuated, and then adopt non-anxious responses and behaviour to 'unlearn' or 'reprogram' anxiety, and make it a thing of the past.
